Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including checking shipments and stocking shelves.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, and speak effectively with customers and associates.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Working Conditions:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The associate will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a team environment.

Compensation:

$12.00 per hour.
