Responsibilities
- Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exceptional customer service skills.
- Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and customer engagement.
- Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to identify and secure new clients.
- Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience working in the insurance industry.
- A valid, state-issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong aptitude for computer programs, including Microsoft Office, required; agency management system experience preferred.
