Position Overview: The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is essential in managing the flow of clients and their pets within the veterinary practice. This role focuses on enhancing the productivity of the veterinary team while ensuring effective communication with both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody and promote the core values of the organization, ensuring a positive environment for clients and team members.
  • Engage in proactive client recruitment by showcasing the services offered by the hospital, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients and their pets.
  • Optimize the number of pets attended to by the veterinary team, supporting the needs of wellness plan clients through efficient operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, which includes encouraging visits, making clients and pets feel welcome, and providing education on pet health.
  • Inform clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and the various services available at the hospital.
  • Assist new clients by managing necessary documentation and entering detailed pet information into the system, ensuring accurate identification.
  • Support departing clients by providing essential instructions, invoices, and scheduling future appointments as needed.
  • Oversee financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the practice.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
