Position Overview: The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is essential in managing the flow of clients and their pets within the veterinary practice. This role is pivotal in enhancing the productivity of the veterinary team, ensuring seamless communication with both clients and staff, and delivering care in a friendly and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and embody the core values of the organization.
  • Proactively attract new clients by showcasing the services offered by the hospital and managing the flow of clients and pets to ensure exceptional care.
  • Optimize the number of pets attended to by the veterinary team through effective operational management.
  • Deliver professional and outstanding service consistently, which includes encouraging visits, welcoming clients and pets, and providing education on pet health.
  • Inform clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and the services available at the hospital.
  • Assist incoming clients with necessary documentation and ensure accurate pet information is recorded in the system.
  • Support outgoing clients by providing detailed instructions, information, and invoices, along with dispensing prescribed items as directed by the veterinarian.
  • Oversee financial transactions by maintaining accurate records and following proper procedures.
  • Conduct various administrative tasks as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
