Position Title: Account Manager - FCS Process End Users

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and expand professional business relationships with clients who influence the selection of technology, products, and services for actuation-related solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, nurture, and secure potential new client accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Possess extensive product and application knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive achievements.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support with an emphasis on client retention.
  • Build rapport and relationships to influence client preferences and specifications.
  • Collaborate with account teams to formulate and execute Account Plans.
  • Coordinate across departments to deliver customer solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and necessary documentation promptly.
  • Manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.

Qualifications:

Education/Knowledge:

  • A BS/BA degree is required, preferably in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process industry applications, operations, and technology, particularly in pressure management equipment and valve actuation/control products.

Experience/Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated outside sales experience in the process control industry. Existing industry contacts are advantageous.
  • Experience engaging with Upstream and Midstream End Users and Engineering Contractors.
