Essential Functions

  • Provide daily leadership to devise, recommend, and execute strategies and processes aimed at driving revenue, profit margins, and customer loyalty.
  • Exhibit dynamic leadership to coach, develop, and manage high-performing teams to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Oversee the business P&L to meet budgetary expectations.
  • Identify and implement best practices for business development and growth, including new products, services, markets, and customer segments.
  • Lead the Sales team, overseeing the administration and enhancement of sales policies, pricing, and contract management.
  • Guide the Operations team to optimize costs through continuous improvement and lean practices.
  • Collaborate with senior management and partners to facilitate the development and implementation of new products and operational enhancements.
  • Build relationships with key accounts, vendors, and partners to manage business issues effectively.
  • Communicate regularly on business performance, opportunities, and challenges, ensuring key metrics are tracked and reported.
  • Organize team meetings to promote transparent communication and alignment on key business initiatives.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting and business planning process to prioritize strategies that enhance market share and maximize profits.
  • Model the company’s values and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Monitor progress against goals, providing updates and developing action plans as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and profitably growing operations within the windows, doors, building materials, construction products, or a related industry.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive management and business development experience.

Licenses & Certifications:

Relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
