Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our North American operations and drive business growth in the US and Canada.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and business development professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with international executive management to drive business growth and development
  • Review and improve existing sales and organizational structures, processes, and procedures
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Several years of leadership experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong verifiable experience selling high-capital equipment to the North American mining and construction industries
  • A solid market background and familiarity with the account base
  • A proven track record of building or leveraging dealer networks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
