About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audience Insights Professional to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our Data and Analytics teams, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Audience Insights Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive audience insights initiatives to inform business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, editorial, and sales teams to distribute actionable audience insights and analysis to drive growth.
  • Oversee and Develop Internal Reporting Requirements: Manage and develop internal reporting requirements and iteratively build prototype dashboards to provide comprehensive audience breakdowns for internal teams.
  • Provide Data-Driven Support: Provide sales and marketing with product and insight support for the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, and aggregate data from multiple sources for developing business strategies.
Requirements
  • 2-3 Years of Experience: 2-3 years of experience working with audience analytics, sales engineering, or operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Data Analytics Tools: Expertise in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, Pendo, etc.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to properly interpret audience insights and trends to translate into report iterations and trend graphs.
  • Experience Working with DMP: Experience working with a Data Management Platform (DMP).
  • Thought Leadership and Creativity: Thought leadership and creativity in solving challenging and potentially ambiguous business problems.
