**Job Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our airport branch, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Take incoming calls, reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, providing information and resolution for customers.
  • Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance.
  • Assess the rental needs of customers in person and over the phone.

**Requirements**

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • Able to work the posted schedule.
