**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a customer experience specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food production and safety, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service
  • Sell deli products and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Maintain food production and safety standards
  • Perform tasks in a safe manner consistent with company policies and state and federal laws

**Requirements:**

  • 6 months of food service experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Any related retail experience
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis
  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with deli products
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure
