About the Position

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a retail environment. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and share best practices
