Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our team at Community Residences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential program and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of direct care staff, including recruiting, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for each client, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including regular inspections and audits
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and supportive living environment

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, education)
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the human services field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
