Addiction Recovery Program Coordinator

Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing recovery support services to individuals and their families.
Job Description:This full-time exempt position requires occasional evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for recovery support services and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the recovery community center, ensuring a recovery-focused tone and culture.
- Provide individual support, system navigation, and resources for recoverees and their families.
- Oversee the provision of peer recovery support services development, coordination, implementation, and management at a local level.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the Telephone Recovery Support program in the recovery community center.
- Build the local support service network through personal meetings, presentations, council/committee/board membership, speaking engagements, and other promotional/networking activities.
- Recruit volunteers and promote recovery support services in their local community.
- Schedule and implement recovery trainings and events in accordance with established requirements.
- Maintain data, write reports, and keep pertinent and accurate records.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
