**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Specialist to join our team at Our Piece of the Pie. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic program initiatives that promote youth development and career readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in large-scale project management and public relations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to effectively present information to top management, groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

**Key Responsibilities:)

  • Develop innovative and authentic youth development initiatives and resources that promote career readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with Our Piece of the Pie's mission.
  • Maintain a dynamic image of the team by leading effective communications and promoting programmatic opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Human Services, Youth Development, or Workforce Development.
  • 3 years of experience in large-scale project management and public relations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Salary:** $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
