Role Overview:

The Therapy Program Manager is accountable for overseeing therapists and therapist interns who deliver treatment and casework services to patients in adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, as well as BayMark Health Services policies and procedures. The manager will ensure timely documentation of patient services based on the plan of care.

Maintaining awareness of other physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs for assigned patients is also a priority. Budgeting and resource management are critical skills required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise all intake operations
  • Evaluate intake assessments for quality
  • Make informed decisions about pre-admission, case reviews, and counseling meetings to guarantee services meet policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a modest caseload
  • Provide direct supervision to clinicians while assisting in ongoing staff supervision through regular meetings, in-service trainings, guest speakers, and literature reviews
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Science
  • LPC, LADC, or LCSW certification
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles with strong self-motivation and direction
  • A positive attitude toward chemically dependent patients and previous experience working with this population
  • Satisfactory background check and drug screen results
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
