Franchise Sales Director

Smoothie King is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for recruiting and qualifying new franchisees, managing the sales pipeline, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and recruit qualified new franchisees to support the company's growth strategy
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to franchise award
  • Develop and implement non-traditional development strategies to expand the brand's presence in new markets
  • Build relationships with existing franchisees to maintain healthy working relationships and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement business and franchise awareness strategies to generate new franchise signings
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals are achieved
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in franchise development, sales, and recruiting
  • Proven track record of success in sales and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus
