Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic leader with a robust understanding of the retail manufacturing landscape.

~ POSITION SUMMARY ~

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to advance technology projects.
  • Oversee the IT budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure to guarantee reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Introduce innovative technologies and systems to foster business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute the IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Identify and apply cutting-edge technologies to enhance business processes and stimulate growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
  • Work closely with senior management to pinpoint technology needs and opportunities for improving business processes and customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage the offshore development office, focusing on data architecture and data warehouse development.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the development office and other business units.
  • Travel to the offshore site quarterly to oversee development projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development of custom applications and software solutions that meet business operations and customer requirements.
  • Implement DevOps practices to enhance the software development lifecycle, improve collaboration, and increase deployment efficiency.
  • Lead data analytics initiatives to extract actionable insights, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Integrate AI technologies to optimize operational processes and enhance product capabilities.

~ QUALIFICATIONS ~

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in an IT leadership role, with a focus on automation, AI, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in data development and DevOps.
  • Ability to collaborate with AI technologies and their applications in manufacturing and product development.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
