Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Personal Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our residents, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting assistance. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with our care staff and other facility personnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Bathing and grooming residents
  • Assisting with oral and skin care
  • Providing nutritional support and feeding residents
  • Making beds and maintaining a clean environment
  • Assisting with toileting needs
  • Taking vital signs and monitoring resident health
  • Documenting resident care and progress
