About the Role

As a Pca Assistant, you will be a vital link between residents, care staff, and other facility staff. You will work in shifts with various responsibilities, focusing on maintaining safety, preventing falls and elopements, and monitoring residents for any changes in condition.

Responsibilities
  • Dressing and assisting residents with daily living activities
  • Providing oral and skin care, bathing, and feeding assistance
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Documenting resident information and vital signs
