Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist Position

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a per diem / prn Home Health Speech Language Pathologist. This opportunity allows for flexibility and variety in your career, working with adult and geriatric patients in their homes throughout Cleveland County.
About the JobThis position involves making home visits to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. You will develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and physician's orders, continually assessing and revising care plans as needed.
In this role, you will also educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living. Your attention to detail and ability to accurately document observations and interventions will be essential in managing patient care and services provided.
Requirements and Qualifications- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in NC.
- Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or have equivalent educational requirements and work experience.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
As a per diem Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you can expect an estimated salary of $55 - $65 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
