About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children to implement goals and objectives, utilizing evidence-based teaching procedures to create a fun and motivating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral plans and strategies to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide feedback and support to clients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with ASD
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and clinics
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by the job
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
