About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at RSE Renal Treatment Centers - Southeast, LP. As a Renal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our outpatient dialysis center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is preferred.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
