Key Responsibilities

The Commercial Business Relationship Manager at Continental Bank plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships with existing commercial business customers and identifying new business opportunities in the local market. This includes generating new commercial loans and deposits, as well as creating new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross-selling efforts.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work as a trusted advisor, managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong technical, operational, marketing, negotiation, documentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated experience with commercial financial statements and underwriting skills to determine appropriate loan structures and assess potential credit risk
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification preferred
