Client Success Specialist

The Client Success Specialist at Trimble is responsible for leveraging in-depth knowledge of our solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves collaborating with various departments to provide exceptional support and guidance to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison and advocate for a designated group of clients.
  • Foster relationships and maintain regular communication with key decision-makers, including C-Suite executives.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring clients achieve success with our platform.
  • Relay product updates to clients and end-users.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams for product enhancements.
  • Engage with strategic partners and internal teams clearly and proactively, ensuring alignment on plans and expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE, Spectrum by Viewpoint, or Vista by Viewpoint.
  • Understanding of the construction lifecycle, including accounting and project management practices.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in account management or project management.
  • Knowledge of APIs and large database systems.
  • Proven track record in upselling to existing customers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills across all business levels.
  • Experience in direct customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Proven analytical abilities.
  • A balanced approach to work and enjoyment.
