Job Title: Warranty Claims Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Warranty Claims Specialist to manage customer complaint requests and enter applicable data into SAP. This role involves consistent communication with external customers to provide status updates on repairs, maintaining high data quality within our SAP system, and conducting data collection and analysis related to customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer complaint requests and enter applicable data into SAP.
  • Consistent communication with external customers providing status updates on repairs.
  • Maintain a high level of data quality within the SAP system.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis as applicable to customer complaints.
  • Review and report top customer complaints.
  • Support Project Quality and Supplier Quality Engineering in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventative Action coordination planning.
  • Monitor assigned customer material from complaint entry through to complaint closure.
  • Support disposition of customer material (Return to Vendor, Repair in-house, etc.).
  • Prepare repair billings and cost estimates.
  • Work with the Service Center to establish a repair schedule for in-house repairs.
  • Provide support and assistance to other colleagues, as directed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure compliance with the company's rules and policies.
  • Comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations.
  • Be energy conscious, if applicable.
  • Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Essential Skills:

  • 2+ years administrative or data entry background
  • Manufacturing background
  • SAP experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • SAP ERP or CRM system experience
