Client Engagement Specialist

The Client Engagement Specialist at Trimble Integrations is responsible for leveraging in-depth knowledge of App XChange solutions to enhance our clients' experiences. This role demands collaboration across various departments to provide proactive assistance to our clientele, focusing on product expertise, upselling opportunities, and contract renewals.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison and advocate for a select group of App XChange clients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-Suite executives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and ensure clients achieve success with the platform.
  • Communicate product updates effectively to clients and end-users.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal product teams for enhancements.
  • Engage with strategic partners and internal teams clearly and proactively, ensuring alignment on plans and expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE construction accounting software.
  • Experience with Spectrum by Viewpoint construction software.
  • Knowledge of Vista by Viewpoint construction management software.
  • Understanding of the construction life-cycle, including accounting and project management practices.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in account management or project management.
  • Knowledge of APIs and large database systems.
  • Experience in selling to existing customers.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • A balanced approach to work and enjoyment.
