Membership Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Costco. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members via inbound calls and chat. Your goal is to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for each interaction.
**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on location)

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
• Respond to member inquiries via phone and chat
• Resolve membership issues, product information, and safety questions
• Provide support with membership and billing, Executive Rewards questions, and record member suggestions and feedback
• Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to deliver exceptional member service
Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
