Nortek Air Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales network, you will provide technical and operational expertise for parts sales and warranty-related parts requests for NAS equipment across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your technical knowledge to efficiently process parts quotes and orders from representatives, customers, or internal partners.
- Provide customer service follow-ups and updates for requests from representatives, customers, or internal partners.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the parts industry.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations.
