Job Overview

Nortek Air Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales network, you will provide technical and operational expertise for parts sales and warranty-related parts requests for NAS equipment across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your technical knowledge to efficiently process parts quotes and orders from representatives, customers, or internal partners.
  • Provide customer service follow-ups and updates for requests from representatives, customers, or internal partners.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the parts industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations.
