Job Title: Business Development Manager

V-Soft Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain business plans to target new accounts and expand existing ones
  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer requisitions
  • Research and identify potential new business opportunities and develop relationships with current customers
  • Meet weekly appointment activity and revenue growth targets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in servicing, supporting, developing, and generating new business and major accounts
  • Demonstrated experience in direct staffing, specifically within IT, with a proven track record of building a successful book of business
  • Experience working with sales tools such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Appollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
