Job Description

About the Role:

Fusion Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Construction Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and controlling various construction vehicles and machines used in building, civil engineering, and road construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and control construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, rollers, cranes, and concrete mixers.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including digging trenches, transporting building materials, and demolishing old buildings.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Assist with preparation tasks, such as drawing work sketches, securing the construction site, and transporting equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operating construction equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
