Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, with experience on projects exceeding $5 million.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Aptitude for learning and utilizing computerized project management software.
  • Skilled in taking and managing digital photographs.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate heavy machinery.
  • Capable of interpreting and constructing according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
