The Facilities Maintenance Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and smooth function of our properties and facilities. This is a critical role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, including cleaning, restocking, and removing garbage
  • Perform routine custodial duties to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff
  • Provide operational support as required by the Executive Director
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained
  • Report any concerns or issues to the Executive Director
Requirements
  • No formal education required
  • Minimum of two years' related experience preferred
