We are seeking Assistant Managers for Workout Anytime - Wilkins

As part of one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises, we are looking for dedicated Assistant Managers who are passionate about transforming lives through fitness. The ideal candidates will assist members and prospective members in discovering the best wellness solutions tailored to their health journeys. A key aspect of this role is to lead and inspire team members to effectively implement these strategies while achieving club revenue targets.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to generate new memberships through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Skilled in identifying member needs and utilizing solution-oriented sales techniques to highlight club offerings.
  • Ability to excel in a competitive sales environment while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Proficient in meeting ambitious monthly targets and demonstrating excellence within the initial month of employment.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic setting, managing multiple priorities, including maintaining club cleanliness.
  • Experience in training others to succeed in membership sales and referrals.
  • Strong management and coaching abilities.
  • Competent in computer applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive member referrals, marketing initiatives, and community engagement to achieve at least 50% of club tours necessary for new member enrollment.
  • Convert a minimum of 70% of incoming inquiries into scheduled club tours.
  • Achieve enrollment of at least 90% of all touring prospects.
  • Ensure at least 60% of new members are scheduled for a Complimentary Success Session with relevant Fitness Department staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect and guest information in the club management software system and complete all necessary tracking forms.
  • Ensure the club environment is impeccably maintained.
  • Oversee retention strategies and systems to enhance member loyalty.
  • Guarantee the fitness department meets the required number of monthly assessments and complimentary sessions to fulfill fitness programming objectives.
