The Role:
As a Closing Advisor, you will serve as the primary liaison for clients and real estate professionals throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and communicate with all stakeholders involved in the settlement process.
  • Act as the main contact for buyers, sellers, and agents.
  • Oversee each file from initiation to completion, ensuring all team members fulfill their responsibilities.
  • Maintain organization and ensure all contractual obligations are satisfied.
  • Gather essential information from clients and agents to facilitate title clearance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and title expertise to enhance the client experience, guiding them through each phase of the closing process.
  • Respond to inquiries on our main phone line, clarifying title quotes, title insurance, and the settlement process for current and prospective clients.
  • Supervise title and closing activities for all residential projects in your designated market.
  • Manage assigned tasks for yourself and your support team.
  • Verify title clearance for assigned files prior to closing.
  • Collaborate with the support team to address title defects and review entity documents for adequacy.
  • Examine closing documents before and after closing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Confirm that files are balanced before submission for funding.
  • Ensure that recording documents are complete and ready for submission post-closing.
  • Responsibilities may evolve as needed.
  • Management reserves the right to modify responsibilities at any time.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer is required.
  • Familiarity with Qualia, Tableau, and GSuite is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A unique blend of organization and attention to detail: you can manage overwhelming tasks and identify discrepancies efficiently.
  • Proficient in multitasking: capable of prioritizing in a rapidly changing environment while balancing workload to meet job demands and exceed client expectations.
  • Strong communication skills: concise and effective in delivering messages.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.
