Job Overview

Accelerated Debt Solutions (ADS) is seeking a highly skilled Debt Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families overcome debt through personalized strategies and financial education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate debt settlements directly with creditors on behalf of customers.
  • Analyze client financial situations and create strategies for debt resolution.
  • Explain the terms of settlement agreements to customers, ensuring clear understanding and customer approval.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate negotiations, agreements, and customer interaction records.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, showing empathy and understanding of their financial situation.
  • Meet or exceed production goals, consistently contributing to revenue generation.
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of all settlement-related documentation and contracts.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume call center or related environment.
  • Relevant roles: debt negotiation, customer service, subrogation/loss mitigation, claims adjusting, or collections.
  • Debt expertise: knowledge of debt settlement, consumer credit, and collection practices is a plus.
  • Skills: excellent communication and active listening skills, ability to de-escalate high-stress situations, proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a sense of moral integrity.
