Customer Experience Representative I

Services we provide include billing support, policy management, system assistance, and professional responses to inquiries. It is crucial to maintain professional and productive relationships with our agency partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure that Farm Bureau's goals are met while providing a consistent and positive experience at every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or one year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service abilities are essential, including effective verbal communication and professional writing skills.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and the capability to work independently.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary to quickly learn our various systems; familiarity with MS Office is preferred.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to acquire foundational knowledge of insurance products are required.
  • This position requires working from our designated office locations. Training hours are set, and post-training schedules may vary based on business needs.
