Role OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our clients. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and ultimately, drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome new customers, conduct kickoff calls, and create personalized onboarding plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added services and support
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HqO's platform and features
- Identify and resolve technical and non-technical roadblocks to ensure customer success
- Administer product training and provide ongoing support to customer stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Passion for technology, customer-centric approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
