Cybersixgill Seeks a Skilled Customer Success Manager

Cybersixgill is a leading Cyber Threat Intelligence company seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS and B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers, providing comprehensive training and support to guarantee complete adoption and integration of our products.
  • Customer Retention: Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks, working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, driving continued value of our products and services through strategic advisor relationships.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to customers, addressing their concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS and B2B environments, with a focus on MSSP.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on technical background, particularly with cyber security products and services.
  • Strong team player with self-starter capabilities and a proactive approach.
Advantages:
  • Previous experience in a Cyber Threat Intelligence Company - Strong Advantage.
  • Spanish communication (written / oral) skills or proficiency in other languages.

Expected travel: a few trips per quarter. The expected salary range for this role is a base of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
