We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Long's Jewelers. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage all aspects of customer service, including service take-ins, repair consultations, and POS operations.
- Work closely with the Sales team to complete customer transactions and ensure accurate inventory control.
- Monitor and respond to all incoming and outgoing communication with customers, including email, phone, and text messages.
- Partner with Inventory Control to reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Balance daily paperwork, bank deposits, and POS information accurately, and communicate any discrepancies to the team.
- Extend hospitality services to customers, including greeting, appointment check-in, and beverage service.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft, POS, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resolution-oriented mindset and ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
