Job Description:
H&E Rentals seeks a Service Manager to oversee all service operations, including customer relations, P&L budgeting, training of service employees, management of service technicians' work area, prioritization of work orders, and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Operations Management:
Lead and oversee all service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Financial Management:
Manage P&L budgeting for the service department to achieve financial targets and objectives.

Employee Training & Development:
Provide training, coaching, and support to service employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Work Area Management:
Supervise and manage the service technicians' work area to ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.

Work Order Prioritization:
Prioritize and allocate work orders effectively to meet customer needs and operational requirements.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by service technicians and staff.

Job Requirements:

Management Experience:
2-5 years of experience in management or supervision of repair, installation, service, support, or other leadership roles.

Administrative Skills:
Strong administrative, organizational, and service-oriented capabilities.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets.

Leadership Qualities:
Ability to inspire, lead, and motivate others with a quick learning ability.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
