Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at DPDHL. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontline associates, fostering a safe and productive work environment, and driving the overall success of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed.
- Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role.
- 1+ years logistics industry experience.
