Territory Account Manager

Justice Tire Distributors Inc is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a territory in the Staunton, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville VA and surrounding areas, with a focus on growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and marketing skills, including features-benefits-solutions selling, program selling, and problem-solving. Additionally, they must have strong presentation and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of marketing and advertising principles. Experience working in a retail sales environment and knowledge of the sales process are highly desirable. This is a full-time position that requires travel up to 25% of the time. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, plus additional commissions and bonuses after 90 days. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular sales calls and local trade events.
- Analyze customer needs and create results-driven solutions to maximize their success.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products, policies, and merchandising information to effectively serve dealers.
