Role Summary: This position is responsible for delivering continuous clinical and program oversight to designated team members. The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, tailored Family Care Community Partnership (FCCP) services to eligible families within the urban region. The role includes assisting the Director with daily operational tasks and engaging with the community. Additionally, the supervisor will provide training, ongoing coaching, and certification for staff involved in Wraparound services.


Required Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in human services (such as psychology, social work, marriage/family therapy, etc.) and an independent mental health license from Rhode Island are mandatory, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in family-based services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential to accommodate program, staff, client, and agency requirements.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call responsibilities is necessary.
  • Bilingual candidates will receive an additional 6% compensation above the base salary.

Physical Demands: This role requires visits to residential and community settings, and employees must be capable of:

  • Traveling to and from client residences, community sites, and office locations, which may involve navigating walkways, stairs, and/or elevators.
  • Lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and team members.
