Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Children's Intensive Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising community service programs, supporting the behavioral health of clients, and promoting a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists to implement client and family assessment and follow-up
  • Perform crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation as needed
  • Manage evidenced-based models of treatment and participate in on-call emergency services
  • Conduct clinical training as necessary
Requirements
  • Master's degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required
  • Required to be licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
  • Proficiency in professional writing and operating various medical record software and hardware
  • Skilled in word-processing and database software programs
  • Spanish speaking preferred and is compensated
  • Flexible schedule with some evenings
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
Physical Requirements
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Travel to and from clients' residence, community locations and office site
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  • Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements
