Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and reducing legal risks
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Assist with recruiting, reviewing employment applications, and evaluating qualifications of applicants
Investigate and resolve employee complaints, and assist with disciplinary and termination meetings
Coordinate employee benefits administration, including open enrollment and unemployment claims
Create and maintain accurate employee files
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field
3-5 years of generalist experience in a fast-paced HR environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
