Job Overview

A prominent player in the commercial drywall and prefabricated wall sector is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Acoustical Wall Panel Project Manager. This role involves the comprehensive oversight and management of acoustical prefabricated wall projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all phases of acoustical prefabricated wall projects from start to finish.
  • Create and uphold project plans, encompassing budgets, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Supervise the selection and acquisition of materials and equipment necessary for each project.
  • Engage with clients, architects, and subcontractors to guarantee adherence to project specifications and requirements.
  • Lead a team of contractors, ensuring they are equipped with the essential resources and tools for successful project completion.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve any challenges or issues that may emerge.
  • Conduct regular site assessments and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet or surpass client expectations.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and communication logs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in acoustical prefabricated wall technology and methods.
  • Provide consistent project status updates to the management team.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing acoustical prefabricated wall projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of acoustical panel systems and their installation requirements.
  • Familiarity with OnScreen Takeoff and QuickBid software.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to project sites as necessary.

The company offers a competitive benefits package, including insurance, paid vacation, a defined benefit plan, and a base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, excluding bonuses and incentives.
