Position Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of various healthcare initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing project documentation, facilitating team meetings, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update project plans and staffing requirements for multiple initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate project team meetings, preparing necessary materials and recording minutes.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Compile and present data through regular and ad hoc reports.
  • Monitor project documents and finances, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Act as a liaison for multidisciplinary teams, providing support and information as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify deliverables, milestones, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or a related administrative field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
