Job Overview

A prominent player in the commercial drywall and prefabricated wall industry is in search of a skilled and motivated Acoustical Wall Panel Project Manager. This role involves overseeing the effective management and execution of acoustical prefab wall projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage all phases of acoustical prefab wall projects from start to finish.
  • Create and uphold project plans, encompassing budgets, schedules, and resource distribution.
  • Supervise the selection and acquisition of materials and equipment necessary for each project.
  • Engage with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
  • Lead a team of contractors, providing them with the essential resources and tools for successful project completion.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular site assessments and inspections to guarantee quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and communication logs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in acoustical prefab wall technology and methodologies.
  • Provide consistent project status updates to the management team.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing acoustical prefab wall projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of acoustical panel systems and their installation processes.
  • Familiarity with OnScreen Takeoff and QuickBid software.
  • Proficient in utilizing project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior results.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel to project sites as necessary.
