We're on the hunt for a talented Sales Director to join our Content and Creators Sales Team, specializing in SMB/MM beauty and wellness clients. As a key player in this dynamic team, you'll be responsible for driving growth in your assigned territory by selling our Content Activation and Creator Solutions.
What You'll Be Doing- Grow bookings in your territory by identifying and capitalizing on new CAS opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB/MM organizations, focusing on brand management, e-commerce, social, and leadership.
- Prospect for new opportunities across relevant beauty and wellness buyer personas, utilizing sales processes and tools to manage your book of business.
- Collaborate closely with SaaS generalist sellers to provide holistic support to mid-market clients, driving growth in both CAS and SaaS.
- Meet or exceed assigned pipegen and revenue quotas, and travel within your territory for client meetings.
- A strong hunter with expertise in researching and identifying top prospects, and conducting strategic outreach.
- In-depth knowledge of and passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- A collaborative seller who can partner with generalist sales teams to amplify their efforts.
- Experience selling to CPG brands, with a proven track record of closing new business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct formal presentations and one-on-one meetings.
- A creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A strong understanding of typical mid-market buying cycles and processes.
- An excellent team player.
