POSITION SUMMARY:The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate is to represent Club Pilates to prospective clients, attract new members, and successfully close sales on memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail products. In addition to acquiring new members, the Sales Associate plays a crucial role in retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. While a background in fitness is beneficial, it is not mandatory; candidates with a strong sales background are highly desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Outstanding sales, communication, and customer service abilities are essential.
- Goal-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales targets across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
- Capability to learn and utilize the Club Ready software system.
- Professional and effective communication skills with prospects, members, and colleagues.
- Proficient computer skills are required.
- Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with shifts on weekday mornings and weekends.
- Implement the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
- Conduct studio tours while building rapport and addressing prospective members' needs.
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales performance.
- Highlight and reinforce the studio's objectives as a provider of fitness and wellness services.
- Present available services to current and prospective members.
- Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals.
- Engage in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the studio.
- Take responsibility for enhancing sales skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This role offers competitive hourly pay along with performance-based incentives.
